While influenza and other respiratory viruses are circulating in Utah, the illness activity remains low, according to the Utah Department of Health.
So far, there have been 55 flu-associated hospitalizations (36 type A, 13 type B and six of unknown type).
As of Wednesday, no pediatric influenza-related deaths have been reported this season.
